For the effective facilitation of outcomes, we will employ our areas of expertise and knowledge, tap on our network of resources, execute research techniques to ensure comprehensive and accuracy of the information, before delivering such information to our Customers.

Workshops

Workshops will be conducted in conducive environment by skilled facilitators, who will bring out the best ideas from the team members. This also serves to strengthen the foundation of teamwork for the delivery phase.

Agile

“Sprint” sessions are kept short and focused, with more iterations. In between iterations, the team will conduct the next level of analysis and research, before returning for the next sprint. Such an approach allows ideas to be quickly validated, improve efficiency and accelerate the required outcome.

Our Services

Drakens Technologies provides Program Management Services to assist Customers to (1) define and crystallise aspirations, requirements and specifications, and customisations (2) benchmark best practices, and conduct preliminary assessments on prospective solutions, (3) issue tender, evaluate proposals and solutions, (4) manage the negotiation and award processes, and (5) provide program management and governance services.

Requirements & Specifications

We will conduct workshops and employ methodologies to better appreciate existing pain-points, desired improvements and ideas. We will also employ our operational expertise to share alternative practices. We will build and refine the the aspirations, requirements and specifications.

Customisations

We understand that Customers have unique and distinct businesses, processes and concepts of operations. It is important to call out such unique requirements, and specify clarity in what needs to be tailored and customised. This facilitates the management of solutions provider and scope.

Benchmark & Best Practices

We will engage and research the market to appreciate new products and offerings. We will benchmark such new and emerging practices, and fine-tune the requirements and specifications.

Documentation

We will support and deliver documentations of the program’s final scope, requirements and specifications. The requirements will be loaded and managed via Customer’s requirements management too, and forms the critical cornerstone to the management of solutions provider and scope.

Tender to Award

We will support Customers in the solicitation of project and budget approval, and confirm the evaluation criteria. Thereafter, we will support the tender, clarifications and submissions. We will evaluate and shortlist the for presentations and demos, and identify the preferred proposal, and negotiate and award the contract.

Program Management

We are keen to assist the Customers at the Program Management or Steering Committee level. We will support throughout the Program delivery life cycle, including requirements validations and confirmations, detailed designs, build and development,installations and testing, migration and deployment, and go-live phases.
